Default JDM headlights install, NEED HELP !!!

Hi, I found this link ( http://www27.brinkster.com/sons/jdmlights.html ) to install the JDM headlights.
Are the relays the same as USDM headlights or different ?
I only need to rewire the new headlights, right ?
I ask this cause it says that 2 relays are needed for High beam.
I would like to make sure I have everything before I begin to remove anything.
Thanks

Um, I'm not really quite understanding the question but let me say this. The JDM headlights will have H4s but has only 2 wires. Postive and negative, just as your stock 9006 headlights, postive and negative. Just cut and splice the new harnesses on and bada-bing, bada-boom.

Oh, and the link you posted didn't work for me.

No, there are two bolts hidden inside the bumper. There is no way around it, quite frankly, it will take a little bit of time to get it off the first time and then afterwords, it comes over rather easy. Right now, I can take mines off and put it back on in less than 5 minutes. I just don't have every single screw in there though, only about 8 screws and everything seems fine to me.

Best write up of them all!!! Pictures included, and dummy proof!
