quick question will saturated injectors (no resistor box) work with an obd0 ecu.

no. The injector drivers in your ecu are not designed to run a saturated injector.

 

good i got that out of my head. but get this they will work fine when i pour gas into the intake manifold they start working but with out it it doesnt get signal from the ecu. i hooked up the tester and nothing

 

what do you mean you poured gas into the intake manifold?

What kind of car are you working on?

 

91 hatch. it wouldnt start. i had spark so i was guessing no fuel but i had fuel at the return line. so i put some in the manifold to make sure i was right and started right up. it will run fine after i do that but it wont send signal to the injectors when cranking i checked it with my injector tester.

 

use the correct ECU. Double check all your wiring. Make sure you have the injectors wired properly.

 

im probably just going back to the resistor box kind. too much of a hastle. the car use to be dpfi i thought i fucked up with the wiring for the cylinder position sensor but its correct, i thought it wouldnt know wich cylinder to inject if it didnt' know which cylinder it was at but thats just used for spark right? i still dont get why it would not send a signal to the injectors when cranking. it did seem to easy when i wired up the injectors to the harness. so your telling me i cant use those injectors with that ecu right?
