Default Side Moldings Compatibility Question

Right now I'm gathering parts to convert the CRX back to stock (exterior wise). The car itself is an 88 DX. Currently it has the full Wings West kit, but I want stock bumpers and side moldings. Now, from what I've read/seen 90-91 style side moldings are slimmer? Is this true? Or is it only the JDM ones that are thinner? Basically I need to know what I can interchange year wise. Can I even bolt 90-91 side moldings onto my 88 doors/fenders, and will the moldings be differents sizes is say I have a 90-91 front, 88 moldings, and an 88 rear bumper. Basically I just want everything to match up. I have to have the 90-91 bumper.

CLIFF NOTES: I have a 90-91 front bumper, what side moldings do I need to bolt on to my 88 DX?

Thanks fellas.
