Default JDM 1st Gen J1 B16A Tranny with LSD?

I currently have a JDM J1 tranny out of a 90, so it has the smaller shaft and no LSD. I've researched and found you can fit ITR/CTR into 92+ trannies since they share the larger spline etc and only need minor shaving. but since mine is even older then that, I'm kinda loss as to what LSD I can get, I've heard Kaaz will fit, but what about one from a JDM Y1 with LSD? Those have the smaller shaft like mines as well, just a diff final drive of 4.266 opposed to my 4.400. The LSD has a 64 tooth count on the final drive, not sure what mines is, the same I'd hope. Then I'm worried about the speedo gear not worknig cause I heard some JDM ones had a higher teeth conut on the speedo ring gear. Thanks in advance.

Yes it will work, honda is great at making parts interchange. If you want to be absolutley sure just pop the case open and count the diff teeth, there will be 64. I have not heard of the speedo gear not working properly. I used both 90 and 92 speedo gears in my '92 GS-R USDM tranny w/o problems so it should work reversed, I am running the '92 VSS though since I have an actual clip to keep the speedo cable locked in. The 90 seems to be missing it and I had my '92 laying around
