what motor is this?

Got a sohc vtec motor from an importer, has a block stamp D16. not d16a just D16.

what are they out of? someone have specs?

Its obviously not a jdm d15 vtec.

I am going to say its the jdm version of the d16z6 or the d16y8.

this is what i assumed it was originally.. just like to make 100% sure.

so the jdm z6 motors had that block stamp?

if it is a jdm z6, are the specs the exact same as the usdm or?

I know there is a jdm version of the d16z6, but I do not know what the block stamp is on that engine.

EDIT: also do not know any of the specs.

Yes, my "gUESS" is its pretty close to a z6, but being jdm, you can prolly add +10 hp and +6tq to the specs
