Default 4th Gen Prelude: Koni + OEM springs?

I'm planning on using my OEM springs w/ some Koni Yellows. I don't want to lower my ride more then what the Koni's will (about 1/2"). I also would like to have a very smooth ride. I feel like if I get the Koni's I'll be able to dial in the level of firmness to suit the activity. i.e. highway, city, track...

Are there any problems with this setup for this purpose?

Thanks
matt

Go for it. If you want to lower the car a bit from the stock height, just move the circlips in the shock body down to the lower grooves at the time of installation.
