i had that same question exact one month ago.
i have a 95 ls was planning on getting a b20 for $600 flate
and was planning on using my ls tranny.
i had a change of mind so i went ls.vtec
swap with a 2000 b16 head and vtec kicks in hard.
ur choice ur money. but b20 does feel good

B18a has 130hp and 124lbft.

JDM B18b has 145hp and 127 lbft.

Got the specs from http://www.hmotorsonline.com

From what I've heard, and correct me if I'm wrong, I heard you have to switch over to a LS manifold for the engine to fit in the engine bay. I'm getting a B20 very very soon. If you haven't got one by the time I recieve mine I'll let you all know.

i have a b20 v-tech with GSR head and GSR tranny... it makes mad torque but i was wondering if b16 or GSR head would be best for 1/4 drag racing...

i have a b20 block, gsr head/intake, ls trans, .... and turbo!!

before i boosted, the b20 gsr was nice, it had the torque in low rpm's that made a difference (with a few bolt ons)

i suggest, first get b20 running NA with larger injectors and fuel management

then boost later

So if I have OBD2, I can or cannot reuse?
