spedo cable j spec b16a

can somebody please tell me were exactally were the cable goes on the back of the trany for some reason my cable fell out i dont know how but i hate not knmowing how fast im going any help would be appreciated

there is a spot on the top of your tranny towards the back. it will look kinda like a straw sticking up in the air.

so if it still dont work i checked the inside wire and it is fine there is no bolt or any thing to hold it in the tranny does that mean buy a new one

theres a small clip that holds the cable in. however, you must feel it "click" into place first.
