I have an 02 RSX Type S. I am looking to buy an intake, header and exhaust soon and I just wanted some other peoples opinions on what I should get. Thanks!

 

id say the most common mods are I/H/E, lip kit, rims, and some kind of drop whether it is new springs or a full coilover set up.

 

Already have the rims (18" gunmetal Motegi MR7) and thinking about a grill kit.

DC Sports Race Header, Injen Cold Air Intake, then Hondata #4 or K-Pro. Then an exhaust because they don't free up that much horsepower anyway. I would recommend either the Greddy Evo 2, SP2, or HKS. They seem to be the most popular.

 

I was also thinking the DC Sports header. What does everyone think about the V2?

 

Well, you don't have to worry about hydrolocking but the gains really aren't that great. It heatsoaks easily and barely outperforms a SRI. Can't even come close to a CAI.

 

P.S. I don't want an exhaust that sounds like ****!

toda RACE header, kpro, injen CAI. those help out the most. exhaust .. i would go for the apex'i n1, or the comptech.

if you have the stock tires for the 02-04 model, change them quick.
