Default Gains from my built bottom end?

On my 95 JDM GSR Im sending the block off for a nice dose of high CR treatment. Eagle rods, JE 12.5:1 CR pistons, balanced\blueprinted, micropolished crank. Anyone know if its really worth the 1900 im about to spend? thanks!

Edit: Im not trying to be a *** and ask "What will my car run in the 1\4?!?!?!" It's just that this is a sizeable investment and want to be 100% sure of its worth before I do it. thanks!

are you planning on turbo? B/c for turbo you want low compression. But if not this would be a good set up for N/A.

well going from 10:1 to 12.5:1 will yeild some nice torque and power........especially in the low-mid range area. not a whole lot in the top end though.......just little

if all your doing is having the compression increase the power will be noticable but you would kick yourself in tha *** because you just spent 1900 on this bottom end for minimal gains...............

BUT a nice strong bottom end will be benificial for later on when you decide to get some crazy high RPM cams (Toda, JUN, Skunk2) then you can really rev the **** out of that engine without worrying about the bottom end blowing up..........

i guess if you spend the cash now you wont have to worry about any problems later on.......
