I've heard of this as well but never seen it or read anything official. You have an LS/GS/RS? If so, IMO, I'd want the H22 tranny, the gearing is better and you can even find some H22 trannies with LSD. (JDM)

There's quite a bit, I've listed it all here before, I'll look for the thread and if I can't find it I'll post the list.

Crap, can't find the list I posted, oh well.
92-96 H22A (Assuming it comes with tranny, dizzy, IM, EM, header/downpipe, ECU (harness cut at ECU prefferably))
Is your car a 94-95 or a 96? You might need to address OBD issues.
You'll need:
- shifter linkage and shifter assembly (90-93 accord or 92-96 lude) (it's cable BTW)
- Intermediate shaft (90-93 accord or 92-96 lude)
- Axles (if you use accord midshaft, you can use 90-93 teggy axles - if you use 92-96 lude midshaft you'll need 86-89 Integra outers and midshafts mated to 92+ lude inner joints) I STRONGLY recommend aftermarket new grind axles)
- Whole new exhaust from downpipe back (H22 downpipe doesn't line up to teggy system, I recommend 2.5" piping all the way back)
- Engine mounts (I recommend HCP)
- You most likely lose A/C
- You will lose PS (If you want to have PS, this will depend on what mounts you get, you can use a 97+ Prelude PS pump and re-use your DC2 main PS line)
- New alt belt
- New PS belt if you add PS
- All new fluids
- New timming belt/water pump
- New clutch (and get your flywheel resurfaced) (skipping this can lead to a HUGE PITA later)
- You might need a resistor box for your injectors
- Conserve your B18 main harness
- New Rad hoses
- A few odds and ends
- 92-96 Lude manual
- 94-01 Integra manual
- Soldering Iron
- case of beer
*Disclaimer* This is to do the job properly, you can probably skip/alter some things but that's up to you.
I probably forgot a few things but that's the meat of it. If I can think of anything else, I'll post it.

you can buy an adapter plate to mount b series trannies to H22's.
We have a green crx around that mounted a b16a tranny to his h22. It pulled off 200 whp with just an intake and header. we think the gearing is whart caused it to make the extra power

its on Bserious car.
its called the H2B. its an adaptor plate that connects the b series tranny to an H. the downfall of the H22 is the tranny. with all honda internal parts, hes putting 221whp down with 11 sec passes. Im pretty sure thats better then an h22 tranny in any car(all motor)

Can you elaborate a little ?

Yeah go ahead an put a b16 tranny on there and say hello to high rpm freeway driving. Youll go to calmly pass someone and vtec past them
Its all up to what you like to do. The crx h22 with b16trans was really fun but for my del sol the m2b4 was fine.

No kidding.
The 92-96 H22A gear ratio is very close to the G3 GSR, I really like it. 1st and second are a LITTLE diff and thr GSR has a slightly higher FD but it's nice cruising at 120Kms/hr @ 3600-3700 RPM.
92-96 JDM H22 manual trans:
1 - 3.307
2 - 1.95
3 - 1.36
4 - 1.034
5 - 0.787
Final 4.266
**************
USDM GSR (94-01)
1 - 3.23
2 - 1.9
3 - 1.36
4 - 1.034
5 - 0.787
FD - 4.4

I'm pretty sure that dudes car is a drag car...erego the 11 sec 1/4 miles slips.
He doesnt drive it on the freeway. Good job on reading comprehension.
if you want a highway car get an F22 tranny from an accord. you'll get long *** 5th gear to ride in.
