Is this normal?

I just replaced my splash guards on my 94 civic and around all the welds is this puddy crap its painted too so it looks stock and it goes around the whole cars welds even in the trunk, did i just never notice this?

that is normal...it's like that on all of our hondas. Just never noticed it I guess....lol

that is stock from the factory its just to cover the seems from water and so on
