Brake conversion '99 Civic Lx

I have the stock drum brakes on the rear wheels and want to change over to disc brakes. What is a good company to go with and how far can I take it?

what do you mean what company and how far?

shop around a bit, here in socal the local junks could even make that kind of conversion.
