Default Good price on a 99 Si w/100K

Been looking for a little while, and prices are all over the place. $4500 for a salvage title with no mods and a little mismatching (different seats, etc) to $12K+ w/o big mods. What is a fair price if:

-Theft salvage
-Not perfect
-Very nice

Interested in others opinions.
