Figure THIS one out people!!!!!!!
SO get this........I've been having problems with my heat ya know....put a water pump on it( leaked anyway).....nothing......a thermostat.......nothing.......That valve that lets a/f into the core....working.......the flap that lets air pass over the core....working......although you have to manually operate those 2. I took out that connecter tube from the Fan to the core behind the glove box and looked at the core and it doesn't have **** all over it or anything on either side. I let the car warm up and felt the core.....after 5 seconds you'll burn you hand......
SO WHAT THE CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All that means that Air IS INDEED passing over a HOT HEATER CORE, yet when it comes out of the Vents IT'S COLD!!!!!???????? WHat could possibly be going on between the Core and Vents that would cause the air to cool like that?????
I AM COMPLETLY BAFFELED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you talking about the lever that is directly under the heater core?
that is usually why no hot air comes out.

The Car has no A/C.........and yea, the flap that when you turn you temp slection **** switches the flap over so that all the air from the blower motor HAS to pass over the Core.......
I had a problem with heat once. There are 2 little arms controlling the valve for the heater core, one is under the hood by the core, and the other is under the dash passengers side near the door. I don't know if this is helpful, but make sure both are set to open?
Did you check the Fuse by anychance?? sometimes I know on Chevys the blower motor somtimes has an internal fuse im not sure about hondas im sort of new to the honda scene and I dont have my haynes manual in front of me but check it out.

Everything in the system is fully operational. Motor, Valve, Flaps, Air coming out of coresponding vents. It just blows cold air...........
uh............yea.........it's deff. closed. Besides, when that's open air only comes in from the driver side vent (at least it only did in my hatch) not all the vents.
This Sucks Ballz...........

How can air pass over a hot core and produce zero heat...hmmmm
I recently moved my blend door cable out of it's holder to route some wiring, I didn't put it back in it's EXACT spot..guess what, no heat.
One quarter-inch difference from it's original spot makes for a LOT less heat!
Can you remove the blend door cable and move it with your hand through it's entire range?

Well.............just got done with my last ditch plan. I pulled that valve off on the firewall and it is opening up all the way and then I stuck a water hose in the heater core and flushed it out. Actually, it did help some. It's blowing hotter than it's ever blown, but I don't know, maybe my expectations are too high or something. I'm used to roasting in my 04 Truck. It's good enough to keep the fog off the windows though so I guess that's all that matters.....
Don't think this car is what I need for a daily driver. It's lowered and has an exhaust and I'd rather get DX gas mileage. It's good for a weekend toy or for someone who wants a nice base for some mods. I think i'm just gonna sell it and find a super pimp clean DX hatch......
