Default My 88 EF. 4dr. 5pd. Picked up for 300.

This is my 88 Civic 4g4d. Let me know what you think. I want to put some 15 inch Black Rota Slips on there. Have an ANSA axle back exhaust for it. Also need a headunit for it. But for 300 not bad.

I really just want to do the MPFI swap but im just of afraid of messing it up especially when it comes to wiring. I cant seem to find a complete swap for it either.

Good looking car, paint dead or not. I LOVE 88-91 sedans.

I'm in Richmond... for $50 I have a 70 series Flowmaster axle-back system I'll sell you in a month or two (after I get my RS-R on). Also have a D16A6 and a spare PM6 for an MPFI swap if interested.

Not to turn it into a for sale thread tho.

I just like four doors and like supporting those out there with the sedan fever.

Hey man thanks for the offer on the exhaust but i have an ANSA exhaust on it. and im looking for the whole MPFI swap cuz i want to do it all at once instead of getting parts from different people at different times. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Super Chicken &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Nice find! Sorry about that. Typo on my part. It should say "head unit" instead of "heat unit" lol my bad.

It almost looks like my $300 4DR. Mine has a better body and better paint (but still not the best body). But the motor does not run (snapped timing belt) and it has about twice as many miles on it. So value-wise, it is probably a draw. By the way, sedans seem to be your best bet for an ED/EF on the cheap in decent condition.

Let me know if you want it... the motor is bad but all of the MPFI stuff is on it. Also have a spare head, two PM6s and an extra intakle manifold w/fuel rail.

Hey if you look on the first pic of the front shot, look at the line that goes all the way across the side of the car. There was a long piece of trim there that was rivited onto the body and i tore it off, but know there is it ugly sticky foam on it. I've used Gum Cutter and a White rag to get it off but it looks like its messing up the paint or the clearcoat atleast. Any suggestions how to get the **** off?

Thanks

try some wd40... it wont mess up the paint but it might take a while to break down the sticky stuff.

I have my ANSA exhaust put on and it sounds realllllly good. Its got a nice low deep tone to it and it doesnt sound like a rice rocket . I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good exhaust at a REALLY good price. For you sedan owners, you have to add a 9 inch long 2 1/4 inch around, and cut the exhaust and add the new section and weld it together. Ill try to put some pics up of it.

Ohh by the way, its not a cat back exhaust, only axle-back

located in NOVA. no problems with suspension or steering (knock on wood)...that i know of. It drives fine except i get a fuel smell sometimes. Other than that its good.
