Default GC's with Koni Yellows

Will I need some sleeves for the GC's to install w/Koni Yellows? Currently I am running GC's w/stock shocks.

thats when you get Coils that fit on koni yellow.

since you have one for stock shock. you can use stock botom cup to make it fit.

You can get a set of baby sleeves specific for the yellows from GC or look around. I dont think they are more than maybe 10-20 dollars (I think).

What do you mean I can use the stock bottom cup? The spring perches are fixed on the stock shocks...they cannot be moved.

So if I understand correctly...the GCs designed for the stock shock will not work without an adapter because the Koni Yellows are thinner? Is that right?

wrong

if your going to run GC on koni's YOU MUST GET the correct sleeves for koni's. I like the sleeves that fit tightly on the whole damper, they call these "baby tubes" and you will need to get the sleeve and the perch for that unit.

you could give them a call and they can answer any questions. there number is on there website which is in my sig

This makes more sense. So basically the GCs I have will be too loose on the Konis, and these baby sleeves make it fit properly?

Secondly, I found these rubber things in my GC box...and I don't remember where they came from for some reason....anyone know where I pulled them out from

those are the stock spring perch rubbers that go inside the stock top hats. The ground controls have their own i believe so you removed those for the ground-controls since those are stock honda parts.
