Hey guys, quick question

Im changing the oil on my 97 SH and tried using the 17mm socket i have and it turns out its too long. I cant get it to thread because there is something called "MCU Oil" box right across from the drain bolt. So, do i really need to go out and buy a shorter socket? Or am i just missing the ball right now? Thanks guys.

 

try a wrench?

if the socket doesn't fit, it doesn't fit.

i'm using that fram easy drain system and it works pretty well, i like it.

I think he's talking about the one that you only have to screw in once and then to drain it in the future you just connect this hose thing to it.

 

is it kind of a bleeder?
