I went and test drove it but the owner is out of state for school and I was talking to his parents(which are really cool).

Anyways, Whip factory tuned it but the rpms shot up in increments from 5k to 6k, to 7k, to 8k and so on. It wasn't smooth on the tach. Does any one thing cause this? The specs of the motor are unclear. Such as I was told 12:1, or close to that?

I hope the owner reads this, or somone from the whip factory knows.
