To answer your question.. it probably won't match up, but you can try. You could always have the "rotten" part of the header rebuilt at a muffler shop, it won't be the most optimum performance but it will work.

If you both have the same motor, then yes its possible to use two different FACTORY pieces to create a header (1). But as far as an OEM header and after market header I dont know. Whats it going to hurt if you try? Just see if the flanges line up and try to bolt them together.
