Default What is the spring rate for the H&R race spring? (Integra): (Did the search)

I need to know what is the spring rate for the H&R race springs? For those that have them, what are the benefits they doe to an ITR?

i have them on my gsr. they are like 450 front and 360 back. they might not be the same as for an itr but it gives you an idea. just to let you know, these springs are stiff. its a harsh ride but they work well.

HAHA...you think thats a harsh ride? Try rollin around in my 900/f 780/r...

If your H&R "race" springs are harsh, you need dampers.

i run koni yellows with them and they are still real stiff. i can imagine wut ur spring rate would feel like.

Thanks guys for the inputs. I think my will feel a little better since I'll be runing them with a spare stock shocks.

haha, seriously! the H&R's are almost stock! i can't imagine what this kid would do if he rode in my car...12k F 10k R.

and no, they're not OMNI!!

have you ever used HR race springs? they are in no way a stock ride. it may not be stiff to you, but it gives the creator of this thread an idea of what it would be like compared to oem springs.
