Default 195/60/15 Will fit on Fat fives?

SAme as in the topic. Got no clue, i always had the 55 or 50 but 60??

They could be mounted on the wheels, but the performance will be worse, and they will introduce error in the speedometer and odometer. Stick with 195/55-15 for your Integra.

Cornering AND handling AND acceleration. None of them will be improved by getting tires with a taller sidewall.

it's negligible if you're just driving on the street. although a 60 profile will be FAT

Even on the track, there is NO performance advantage to taller sidewalls.

sorry i should've been more clear. i meant no advantage of a 55 series tire over a 60 series on the street
