Does any kno how to shave the antenna ??

Car : 91 Integra LS

I have already disconnected it and also i ripped it out...and now I wanna kno how to shave it off completey

There are only two ways to do it. You have to have it plugged with rubber caps, or you have to have it filled/welded. Then with some simple body work, you can have it smoothed, sanded, painted, etc. The latter is a lot more time consuming, and potentially a lot more expensive if you don't do the work yourself.
