EG6 Trust drop in filter washable or not?

I've search archived and new posts and couldn't find my answer. Just bought an EG6 airbox and it came with a Trust foam drop in filter, is this thing re-usable. If so what do I clean it with? K&N filter cleaner? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

any pictures?? i would guess just rinse it with water and then oil it

sorry no pics, but its a yellow foam drop in filter. I am not sure whether to wash it and oil it a bit or just not oil it at all. Thats the problem I'm having, thanks for the bump man.
