Default 88 CRX seats in a 89 Civic HB, will it work?

I'm a little confused. I just got a 89 Civic HB w/ls swap (pretty much rust free car too) for 1000 dollars.

Now I am trying to take care of the small things. Like the front seats.

I have grey interior and the seats that were in it were from an 90-93 Integra I believe, and weren't made to fit so they are wobbly like crazy.

I would like to use the seats from my 88 CRX if they will fit correct since they are just seating around.

Any idea if they will work?

No, the 88 is the outcast.

So 89-91 CRX/Civic seats will fit in the 89 Civic?

Also on a side note. I just double checked the papers but it shows it as an 89 Civic, however I can start the car without pushing the clutch!!!

hatchback seats should have diff mounting brackets under the seat....not the sliders/brackets to the car, but the bottom part of the seats...i have an 88 crx it is an outcast but i have 91 SiR hatchback seats in there..took work but got them to work..one side of the seat is higher then the other.. so i had to level them off...look underneath the seats frist to make sure eveytthing looks the same otherwise its gona take sum fab work....

I don't mind fabbing but I'd prefer to just do a easy seat swap

Do a seat pan swap and they should go in fine.

I don't have the stock seats.

But I'll be picking up some Civic Si seats (black and grey). But I may do the pan swap on my brother 90 Civic cause his seats are bad and my CRX seats are more sporty
