Default 98 spec ITR suspension/brake conversion on EG

here's my question,

i've been thinking of getting a 98 spec ITR suspension/brake conversion on my eg civic coupe. i've thought about 5lug but i like the low key look of 4lug and i don't want my **** to get stolen. anyway, does anyone know what kind of extra parts i'll need? things like brake lines, ebrake cables, that sort of thing. if i get after market parts like camber kits and/or coilovers, what do i by for. will the EG stuff fit or do i have to buy for an LS or something? what about rotors and pads? what car do i buy for? any help would be much appreciated. thank you.

1998 ITR is still 5 lug. Pre-97 JDM ITR is 4 lug, but 4x114.3.
