I need an engine!!!!!!!!
Hey guys and gals, Im in desperate need of an engine for my eg, I have a 92 dx d15b7 and im lookin for a d16z6 and I cant find one anywhere. I live in northern indiana and all of the salvage yards I call all over the state say that they dont have any civics or engines. can you believe that Sh%t? I know I should just go for the b16 but i dont have the money and I just want something with vtec and a little more power. I have plans for the engine including cams and stuff but I need to find the engine first. I also need the ecu for the engine too(manual trans, if it makes a difference). Can anybody help me?

hey just email my friend he has a somewhat built d16z6 that he needs to sell and he'll let it go for chea cuz he has a prelude now and he used to have a b16 eg coupe...hence the leftover d16z6.....um just instant message him at toobers321 on aol or email him at nerdyeng@hotmail.com the motor has a lil under a 100000 on it....

I've got 94 civic and i just hit 56,000 the other day...i am looking for a buyer but i gotta get a motor into my car first too...how soon would you need the motor? i was
looking for about $700 for the whole motor and works. let me know if your intrested.

Hey, I have a friend selling his slightly modified d16y8.
The head is ported and shaved for higher CR. Bored TB, DC 4-1 header, ACT 6 puck clutch, 5spd tranny. I just pulled the engine for him, and it is in good shape.
If you would like a couple pics email me. I think he is putting it on ebay today with a reserve of $1000.
