Default Anyone in S.jersey area willing to help install fogs?

Hey all I have a prettygood idea on how to install the 00 foglights. Thing is i have no dremel. Ive done a few DYI things myself such as headlights, starter, full coilovers, spoiler, subwoofer install. So i consider myself to have light experience with cars. But after reading the honda accessories install im a little bit nervous to CUTOUT my own bumper. SO if anyone would like to help me, or even do it for me im willing to pay you for your help.
