who makes the best fitting cf hatch? what's the weight savings... trying to see if i can justify spending the moola for it. thanks. i tried using the search but the keywords are too generic i think... didn't see any relevent threads.

"theintegraguy" sells them for less than $350 shipped to your door, cwings i believe, much better quality than the shitty arospeeds. i had one and it weighed significantly less than the stock unit (only about 3 lbs. for the carbon, around 10 for the factory) (compared to a cf hood to an oem one in perspective)

maybe 10 lbs?! it's been a while since i took mine off but i remember the difference was hella noticable, but now are you talking about a bare hatch with absolutely nothing on it?

 

I can't remember the exact weights, but my carbon hatch is six pounds lighter than the stock one. I left out all of the brackets, hinges, etc, and secured it using alternate methods to save even more weight.

 

i heard it was about a 7 lbs diffrence, i forgot where i heard but i shall look.
