Default a place to get a fully loaded caliper ?

hey guys, a while back i posted about my caliper bracket pin being rusted in... well it was no go getting it out, after endless hours... anyway, i gave up... anyway i realize that to get the bracket with the pins, I will have to buy a fully loaded caliper. (unless someone can hook me up somehow). anyway, I called the dealer and a few local shops, they are all charging around 146 bucks for one. my question is.. can I get it cheaper perhaps somewhere online ? thanx

autozone. Got two reman fromts not long ago for under 100 bucks. Quality was excellent. Pads are crap, but for the price its great and you can sell them if you dont want them.

Well, If you are willing to have a used one on your car, check out http://www.car-part.com

I had a rusted rear caliper on my gsr, so I got a complete used one from that site for 35 bucks shipped. Just make sure you are specific with your purchase (i.e., complete right rear caliper)

Best Re-man prices online are A) A&H motorsport B) Majestic Honda (who also have an Acura parts dept.)

They should be around $60-70 bucks each + refundable core charge of $60-$70.

Find one that matches your car, and give the specific parts shop a call, and just talk to them and see if it is complete. I would try to find a newer one 99, 00, 01, because calipers seem to rust pretty bad. A core charge sometimes meens they want your broken part to rebuild it, but i cant see why anbody would want a broken caliper.
