are you speaking of the Lokar rear bar/brace or the PasswordJDM rear brace or some other companies possibly?

i know, i was just saying that tbere is no reason to add support to that part of the car, unless you want to brace your window, or have a neat-o place to hang your jacket.

Or have something to crack your passengers skulls on in an accident...

What exactly is that bar supposed to do? I can't figure out for the life of me how that would help 'brace' anything.

Give kids something to spend their money on?

That's my final answer.

so realistically, is the window hanger bar going to make an improvement? i think if the bar was boxed, where the b pillars tied together...maybe...it looks neat. the c-pillar design is good, it doesn't get in the way of the rear window and cargo loading. if someone would make this with the b-pillar tied together, then tied it with the JDM password 4 point lower bar, it would be like having a little cage in your car without it being a cage.

I don't understand honda-techs monkey bar fetish..

They seem kinda out of place on a street car...

And if this isn't going in to a street car, then you are definately wasting your money, because this bar doesn't seem to be anything that would pass for a useful brace or some sort of safety equipment by any organizations standards....

Who knows....

i myself actually do not like bars all over the damn place. if you are going to spend a crap load of money on all these damn bars, but yourself a cage. it will end up cheaper and better than all these braces.

Street car or not, those bars would not have any benefit to a vehicle at all. I actually wouldn't put them in a street car, because they could seriously injure someone in an accident.
