does the sunroof plug have all the mounting hardwares with it?

There's no need for addtional hardware (ie brackets) like other sunroof plugs. The fiberglass plug comes preformed and has a full lip around the outside so you can directly connect to the flange on the sunroof hole. You connect it by pop rivet or some self-locking aircraft grade screws. Eitherway, you can buy a rivet gun and rivets for about $20 or the screws for about $15.
