Default HUGE NOOB QUESTION 94 accord

I have a 94 Accord EX VTEC, i know this is embarrasing, but i cant find the air filter, i need to change it cuz my gas mileage is sucking and its been a while since its been changed. I popped my hood the other day and unlike my old 94 corolla that was so easy to find the air filter and pop it out without tools just a clamp. I couldnt find the air filter on my honda. Can someone show me with pics or post where i can find the air filter? Cuz i need a new one and do i have to unscrew something or is it easy just to unclamp it???? thanks.

Air filter is going to be at the right side, right behind your "passenger side headlight"...
...there are 4 screws to remove the top part.. and you will see your air filter... which can be found at Discount auto or any place that sells automotive stuff...

your going to replace your stock air filter? the only reasons i would ever do that is if i was going to A. get a better one like a K & N or something or B. it hadnt been taken care of in years..

depending on the condition, and they can get really bad and youd still be able to fix the problem without replacing the filter, all you need is compressed air, and spray it down until its clean. but then again im not one to spend any money really on my honda until its absolutely necessary, if you got the cash to get the new filter and your 100% sure you want to or have to, then i strongly recommend you do that

not cheap at all, like i said if i was going to replace it, i would get a better filter such as a K&N, but when you clean your stock air filter, if its not past the point of fixing u can blow it off and its just like new again

If thats true, why is it discolored still when your finished? There is no way your going to get everything out of those pleats. If you want to say it will get you by, fine. But good as new, BS.
