original bore on brand new darton sleeves

i got a buddy selling a darton gsr block and he says the sleeves were just installed and not bored and theyre at 80mm bore. is that possible or is he just tellin me bullshit. i just want to know if its legit then i will buy the block from him.

Closer to 80.6-80.7mm.But yes they are undersize when new.
