is there a way that i can put the track changer on y honda accord if it didn't come with one, it changes the song on the cd by having the controls on the left side of the steering wheel? would it work? it didn't come with it but i'm wondering if i can add one to it, and also where can i get one a original, almost like it seeks throught the cd but you can do it on the steering wheel exactly like the cruise control but on the other side?

With the kind of stuff you are talking about... i would think you are talking about a brand new honda or a 04 or somethink like that... so... ...I think you need to be more specific about what you have, year and trim line....

I've heard of people buying head units with remotes (like an Alpine) and attaching that remote to the steering wheel.

As for what you're asking, what year is your Accord? Not that I'd know the answer, but would help those who could answer your question.
