I think one of my rear brake calipers is sticking but I'm not sure, when I shift and let go of the gas it seems like there's more friction and the car doesn't roll as freely..

..also every now and then the ride gets really choppy like I have a flat coming from the rear but I look and the tires are fine...this is on and off. Anybody ever experience this or have any ideas? It's frustrating the hell out of me.
