Default upper arm assmebly slipped out of frame, need expert help =( =(

I was trying to install my neuspeed upper strut tie bar when the upper arm assembly slipped down out of the frame because I was trying to get the bar over it. Now I can't seam to get it back in.

I have it jacked up and the tire removed, the back of the arm assembly is stuck on the springs so I can't move it upwards and even if I could it doesn't look like i could force it back in. I need help, what should I do?

Here is a picture of my problem. What I circled is the part that has slipped out of the frame and is dangling down below. Please help

Its been a while since I tore apart my suspension, but try jacking up that corner and you should be able to push that back up. I can't remeber there being that much resisatnce there. At least I dont recall there being any. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the response,
I have the corner jacked up but I really can not get it up there.
There are two reasons I can't, one the back of the upper control arm gets stuck on the spring itself and won't move any higher up, and the two bolts do not align up properly with the holes. It lookes like they really need to be forced backwards a bit to to go into the holes.

Somehow I got one back in by slowly lowering the side and pressing on the whole thing with my foot, but in trying to get the other one in it fell out again.

The only resistance should be the upper ball joint. Take you foot and push up while trying to align it properly. Just fiddle with it, but it should go in! You could also try using a jack stand to raise the corner up and then use a jack and place it under the lower ball joint and raise it up

I'm not being a dick or trying to be. I'd say call a buddy to help.

OMG!!! Thank you SOOOooOOoOO much VTECAcuraGSR!!!
I jacked up the lower balljoint, and once it was high enough I was able to slip it in with little trouble. Slipped the bar over, put the nuts on hand tight, lowered it and torqued em and its all done!

Thank you so much for your help, you are my hero !!! This is such a huge releif!
