Hey guys, I plan on doing a 2.5" exhaust for my DA, I was wondering if anyone has any dimensions or plans, mostly for the bends over the LCA.. any suggestions or tips to save headaches would help too, I also have a 4" hydraulic bender so the bends arent a problem.

I don't think a 4" hydraulic bender is going to bend thin wall tubing, and i doubt anybody has taken the time to draw the exhaust in a drafting or modeling program.

Your best bet is to buy a U-bend of a radius that seems close and cut what you need from it. 2.5" bends on a 4" CLR should work fine

Unless you have a CAM mandrel bender, there is no point in trying to model an exhaust, since you aren't going to be able to cut or bend it that precisely anyway. Just do what everyone else does: But mandrel bends, some straight tubing, and the exhaust encountrements, and go to town with a hacksaw and MIG.
