Default Spraying nitrous through shifts with WOT activation on an auto tranny?

Can someone enlighten me on the effects of spraying nitrous using WOT activation on an automatic tranny? I sprayed a 55 shot this season on my 98 Accord a/t using a Zex dry system. I have heard that spraying through shifts can harm auto trannies.

Should I look into another form of activating my system before next spring or am I fine with the WOT activation?

Thanks
Jason

Personally I would use a window switch so that you spray up until aprox 2-3 hundred rpm before the trans shifts this should help the life of your trans considering that those trannies don't last to long allmotor. Hope that helps
