Default Water leak in cabin???

I own a 93 Civic DX hatchback. I notice that when I let my car sit overnight when it rains, I open the trunk and see some water in the raised section of the trunk (ie. not in the spare tire well). It isn't a flood of water, but some none the less. Is there a common leak somewhere in the rear area of the car? I'll take a picture and post it next time I see it.

I know it's been an issue on the 96+ hatchbacks, but check the tailights gaskets/seals. They tend to go bad on the 96+'s, and they often times leak through the tailight.

I'm not sure that would be an issue for the EG considering the placement of the lights, but I'll check that anyway.

Anyone else?

If you suspect the hatch gasket, Clean it with thinner and wrap the hatch in saran wrap. Apply a bead of RTV to the gasket and shut the hatch. Wait 12 to 24 hours, open and remove the saran wrap. Perfect seal.
Also works great on moon roofs and door seals.
