1989 honda accord 2 door v-tech swap need info.
does anybody in here no anything about v-teching an 89 honda accord lxi. im running a bt witch is a jdm version of the a20a. bt is a jdm single cam non v-tech. i would like to switch to a B18 v-tech but i was told i cant do it its to much work what do i really need to do and how much work is it. need to know asap
ok, first off... VTEC. Not V-tech. You will get flamed for saying that you want to add a cordless phone to your car.

As far as I know, the company that had been making the motor mounts (for B-series swaps into 3rd gen Accords) has stopped producing them. If this is true, you'd have to make custom mounts...

As he said go to 3Geez. The mounts are no longer made but there is one set for sell right now on the forum. The BT is not a jdm motor it was just the motor that got put in to the 86 lxi's and some 87's before they renamed the motors. The BT is the same as the A20.
