i agree with everyone else 2.5" for all motor
2.25" for bolt-ons (intake, header, exhaust)
make sure you get mandrel bent piping though so it has the same diameter through all the bends

so if im not gonna do no turbo or supercharger, i should get 2.25? because all im doing is like headers, exhaust, ignition, stuff like that???

In the long run you want to get the 2.5in piping all the way through your exhaust system, that includes the collector on your headers, that catalytic converter, and cat-back.even without forced induction youre going to see much beter HP gains throughout the RPM spectrum with better exhaust flow...2.25 is really more like stock power, you wouldnt see any REAL gains unless you were going full throttle. keep in mind though this is assuming that you also have an intake and some internals done like port/polish, cams, adv timing, maybe some high compression pistons.
so if i dont have aftermarket cams and internals i should not get 2.5???
you got to think of your engine as being made of parts that make up the whole...no one part is going to make a big difference, its the combination of different parts working together that make the power. if you were to JUST get high compresion pistons you would still have to get cams because of the modified air/fuel mix and tuning to get the most potential... and like i said earlier, if you are going to do engine work in the long run, 2.5in piping is the best way to go if you go N/A...it just depends on what you think the final goal is for youre ride.
