Hey guys, I donīt know this is the right place, but this guy sold me some parts and I spent more than US$1000 with him, and this week after 40 days of negotiaton and trying to solve by friendship, he sent the things I bought, what it should be:
First I mad a clain about "non receipt" at paypal, and now I need to make a clain of "not as described".
I am at Brazil, and the guys at paypal isnīt help me so much, does any other way to get my money back? Does anyone at Honolulu can help me with this guy?
