Default Accord 2.2 Transmission Conversion....

I wanted to know if theres any websites that I can go to to learn about Transmission conversions.......I have friends who have done it and says its easy but hasnt gone into the depth of how its actually done.......he was talking about a new transmission and conversion linkages.......but I need more info..........so if anyone could give me any info on how to convert a 2.2 accord automatic into a standard would be great thanks.........

And any Info on what transmissions already in the Accord

I think you will need a new computer, the transmission of course, cluth assembly... including pedals... and... someone willing to do the clutch conversion from automatic.....
But I've seen a civic that was auto with a 5sp.... it cost more than 1k for him to do it..... but... he thought it was worth since he really liked the car and wanted to keep it!

i assume you are talking about a 90-97 since you said 2.2. There are probably a couple of writeups around if you search, i know there is a really extinsive writeup around on the 6th gen swap, which could be helpful to you since the cars are similar.
