Who Makes Rear Lower Tie bars for the 88-91 Civics?
I'm looking for a real lower tie bar for my 91 Si. Anyone know who makes them for that application (and if anyone has them in stock?)

Ok, my question for those who has one is: do you really feel a difference in handling after installing it? Just trying to see if I should get one.

You should buy my Neuspeed bar. 
BTW, I don't think it did a darn thing..nothing I noticed at least. The front upper was a different story though.
