Default handling with stock 21mm front and rear ITR swaybar

I've read a bunch of threads on this or that, but im still a little lost.

I have a 93 civic SI hatchback (with a stock 21mm front sway) and am finishing up my suspension setup. I run Cusco Zero suspension (8kg front and 6kg rear) suspension, with a ITR rear swaybar. I havent done anything with the stock 21mm front swaybar, is it recommended to upgrade to a larger (say the GSR/ITR 24mm) swaybar or to an even larger aftermarket swaybar? Or will the stock 21mm sway work okay with my setup?

I dont want my car an oversteer monster...i like a more neutral/balanced handling car.

thanks,
liam

Try out differnt combinations of your budget allows. You can probably find a GSR (14mm) rear sway bar for cheap, probably around 60 bucks. But remember that you might have to end up changing the control arms because I don't believe that they have the holes for the endlinks. If you dont like it upgrade to the larger ITR (21 mm) should be enough. But one thing your gonna have to think about is the ITR sway bar is going to put a lot of stress on your rear subframe. It is VERY smart to use a reinforcing kit (ie. Aspec racing, Comptech) so you dont end up tearing the subframe.
Hope that helps, oh and one more thing.....MARC is a the king of lawn gnomes!!

hhaha marc is the king of many things...a lawn gnome is just one of them.

Thanks for the info, i have ITR rear LCA's because of the Cusco suspension so i do have the endlinks.

I was going to use a beaks kit, but ill look into the Aspec and Comptech too.

Ill try the GSR bar first, id imagine the mounting hardware is the same.

thanks,
liam
