Can I skip the AC Pulley
I was looking at the pulley system and it looks like I can skip the AC pulley. I do not want to permanintaly remove my AC but putting a shorter belt on would be fine. If anyone has done this with an aem pulley on the alternator the belt size would help. What gains could I see? (Is it worth the hassle)
Yes you can skip the AC pulley, I've done this when my AC clutch took a crap and was locking up there by frying my belt. Just look up the belt for a prelude with no a/c same year and model and such.
Will you save HP? Most likely very little. The AC compressor has a clutch so when its not on its "freewheelin"
hope this helps.

Exactly. If there is nothing wrong with your a/c, I wouldn't even bother eliminating it. The exception being if you remove all of the a/c components for the weight factor. You don't save any HP by eliminating it, you save HP by not turning it on.
