Where to get custom SS line kit for my modded brakes?
Car: 1991 Honda civic hatchback
Front: 1991 Honda Civic EX 4dr (10.3" rotors)
Rear: 1993 Acure Integra discs
Where can I find stainless steel lines for this application? I have searched several places including: Goodridge, Earl's, Stoptech, and nopi.com to find a custom kit. Either I overlooked it, or they don't make it. Any help is greatly appreciated as all I can find are full kits for all three vehicles...not F/R only
PLEASE HELP!

Outstanding, so just order for a 1991 CRx with rear disc? Who did you go through and how od you like them and are they direct bolt on...?
Also, when ordering, should I purchase for a 1600 or 1500? I beleive this is the difference in rear disc/drums, but I want to make sure.
Thanks
Thanks
I think I ordered mine thru tirerack.com...I needed them next day air and they were the only place that had them in stock.
The CRX Si is 1600 (1590 to be exact) or 1.6L, so yes...order them for the CRX SI with rear disc.
I kinda like the earls ones that have the teflon coated lines....but the Goodridge product line has never failed me. Make sure you check them every once in awile for wear.

sorry...the earls are not teflon coated...maybe that is the Neuspeeds or something. The earls have the little spring that keeps them from kinking.
the 90-93 integra kits are the same i used that set for my crx, same mods as you 10.3 discs front and disc converion rear, fit fine, i actually got them off ebay from some seller in canada he makes them himself they are superb quality for about $65,they have blue aluminum anodized brackets-easy to spot on ebay, even shrink wraps the stainless line in clear shinkwrap so they always remain shiny-bling yo
Since when do brake lines kink? I've never seen, heard of, nor had this problem...?
Earl's is NOT coated?
I am looking at the Ebay ones posted. Probably gonna go with those, but if I don't, it'd be nice to have backup.
Thanks in advance.

I have the Earls kit with my EX front brakes and crx si rear discs. They fit damn near perfect with the exception of a little mod that took about 5 minutes for the front lines. Mine dont have that "spring" thats in the picture??

Look at the red circled part. Thats a small crimped on piece of metal thats used to locate the mounting tab thats bolted onto the steering knuckle. There used to be a second crimped piece but i had to dremel it off. So yea, u have to trim off (i used a dremel) one of the crimped pieces so u can move the mounting tab because the larger brake set up throws everything further away from the knuckle. You can see how the tabs are located on the brake line by looking at the other mounting tab that bolted onto the shock. If u look closely u can see how they crimp those pieces onto the line. Also note, there is no springs on my lines like the ones pictured on the ad from a few posts up.
I had mine made up by a local shop called Orme Brothers. I've been going to them for years!!!
I just dropped off the old hoses and they made up stainless braided lines the exact same length and with the correct mounting brackets. The hose is the type with the clear vinyl cover so that it doesn't abrade against anything.
They have a web site;

I have the same brake setup as well, and goodridge lines. Mine developed a kink.
Not really anything that would cause breakage, but a sharp bend where it goes through the bracket.

Here is a photo of the hoses I had built up at Orme Brothers;

All of the hose support brackets are present and snugly slide along the hose for proper placement.

I've got these and they seem to work great. I've just recently put them on so I can't say how well they wear. The brackets can be slid up and down the hose to fit any aplication. and they are coated.

These folks deserve a look also. You can get uncoated, or colored coded coated. Good Service, good prices
