**Problem with cigarette lighter**
My buddy has an 98 acura RL. He plugged in a 3 way cigarette lighter and it went out, along with his stereo. I'm assuming that the stereo went out because of the theft system. There was no fuse blown so. Any ideas as to what could have happened?

Stereo shares 2 fuses with the lighter socket. Check the fuses again. Fuse 57 (20 amp) in the underhood fusebox and fuse 4 (10 amp) in the under dash fusebox.
