h23 block with h22 head

h23 block with h22 head

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this build up. I am thinking about rebuilding a H23 block and putting the H22 vtec head on it. Is it worth it? also what are some problems you had if uve done this swap.

I did it. Is it worth it? I'm not really sure. If you're starting with an H23 block anyway it would probably be a lot less of a hassle to build it up for turbo - would see a LOT better gains too.

I know part of my problem is that mine is still an auto

but if I was starting with a bare H23 block, I would probably look into turboing it.
